It's about chemistry and our approach insures that a new Board Member’s attitude, demeanor and personal style enhances the work of the Board.  We manage the entire process… in-person meetings with key Board Members and all candidates.  Candidates are identified, qualified and vetted for conflicts.  We coordinate the interview process, feedback and background check.  Our efforts continue until the search is completed.

We work on a retainer for a flat fee that is scaled to the size of the organization. Expenses are limited to candidate and consultant travel.

Direct and indirect sourcing and we utilize an independent investigative service (Kroll Inc.) to conduct criminal and financial background checks on the final candidate at cost to our client.
